Vigor Audio Pedals is a one-man shop/effort based in New Jersey, USA. All bass gear are R&D'd and assembled by me.
Upon ordering, please allow up to 7 days for the unit to be built and shipped; typically however, they go out within 1-3 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Currently we welcome customers from Canada, United Kingdom, France and Poland. If you are located outside of these regions and are still interested in purchasing our gear - please contact me directly.
If you're a customer living in the EU, you will likely have to pay VAT (consumption-tax) to have the package released and delivered to you by your country's local courier service. This is an additional cost that is to be incurred by the buyer (in the EU), so please take this into consideration before purchasing an item.
Is there any warranty on repair?
All units are tested prior to shipment and I aim to guarantee that the item meets its expected quality and performance upon delivery.
In any case, there is a 1 year warranty on repair for damages:
If the gear suffers any failures either electrically or mechanically without having the internal components tampered with or changed, you may return it for repair at no cost. That coverage will last one year from time of delivery.
For example:
- The footswitch breaks within a years time.
- You connect the wrong power adapter and damage the internal power circuit.
- It's no longer working after consistent use.
- Producing oscillations, fizzy random glitches, no output etc.
Is there any warranty on replacement?
If the gear arrives not functioning or is exhibiting behavior outside of its intended functionality - a replacement will be sent accordingly; this is contingent upon the customer providing proof (usually through audio or video).
Is there any return policy?
You have 30 days after the time it has been delivered to return it if you're not satisfied with the tone or quality or behavior - for which you will get a full refund (including the shipping).
The refund is contingent upon the returned item being in good or decent condition (i.e not too many scratches, dents, or wears on the front graphic).
